There will also be a massive social media promotion for the free downloads.

The Luxury Later Living Directory will also be available as a premium print edition through Amazon’s print-on-demand service, providing both credibility and accessibility, with Amazon advertising used to enhance sales. Printed copies will be available to key lifestyle and professional venues, including luxury retirement villages and boutique care homes, private medical and wellness clinics, estate agents specialising in later living, financial advisors, solicitors, and accountants, as well as high-end spas, beauticians, gyms, golf clubs, and members’ lounges.

We will combine digital reach with trusted networks through a strategic mix of press releases to leading local and national media outlets, including Kensington & Chelsea Today, London Life, Saga Magazine, Platinum, and Country & Town House. This will be supported by targeted SEO content such as “Top 10 Luxury Later Living Communities in the UK” and “Why the Over-50s Are the New Luxury Market.” A strong social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and Nextdoor will highlight featured listings and engage our audience. We will email our 2,700 members each month with information on how to download free PDF versions of the Directory or links to purchase hard copy versions on Amazon. We will also email thousands of organisations for older people and housing associations across London and beyond.

We work collaboratively with featured organisations and trusted partners to amplify reach.
